By accessing or using SynergyPEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SynergyPEO provides cloud-based PEO software including HR management, payroll processing, benefits administration, time tracking, compliance tools, and reporting capabilities.

Your Data: You retain all rights to data you input into the Service.
Our License: You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.
Our IP: SynergyPEO retains all rights to the software, branding, and intellectual property.
We implement industry-standard security measures (AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 compliance). However, no system is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
By You: Cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.
By Us: We may suspend/terminate your account for:
AS-IS Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation: Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing payroll calculations and reporting errors promptly.
You agree to indemnify SynergyPEO from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
